Terra Venture Agricultural Store is the data controller for the details you give us through this site.

What we collect

Only what we need to fulfil your order: your name, how to contact you, and where the order is going. We do not collect payment card details through this website.

Why we hold it

To confirm and deliver your order, to invoice you, and to keep the sales and traceability records the law requires of a food business. That is our legitimate interest in running the farm, and in the case of the statutory records, a legal obligation.

Who else sees it

Nobody, beyond what is needed to get your order to you - a courier needs a delivery address, our accountant sees invoices. We do not sell or share your details for marketing.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and food-traceability rules require, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Write to Terraventure@velocitywave.co.uk.
